Ccurranurran Wade brings to each client his experience of decades in broadcasting. His knowledge of retailing and buying media in this part of the country has been labeled "expert" by many. With Curran's natural sales ability and talent, he is a frequent speaker at colleges, seminars and other organizations. Creativity with results is his byline. This talent is evident in his four children as well.
A native of Alabama and a graduate of the University of Alabama, Wade worked with Bear Bryant before graduation from "Bama," which he is very proud of. Wade's background includes sales and management in medium and large broadcast markets, such as Syracuse in radio and television. As an advertising manager for a major drug chain and helping them to leapfrog into a more active market, winning awards along the way. Wade established his own advertising agency, with the drug chain as one of the agency clients. In addition to owning and operating WYBG Radio, Curran Wade admits, "I still love this stuff!"
Winning national awards for commercial spots for both radio and television, including print, Wade knows the "numbers" and his talent and experience can go to work for you.

dottyDorothy "Dotty" Wade brings to "North Country Speaks" as Producer and Host, with many years of experience in family, children, business and almost a quarter century of advertising experience.
Dotty has the intuitive talent of getting answers to her questions on any subject that may be the topic of discussion with her guest that day. National, state and local politicians make frequent appearances. Rudy Gulliani, Gov. George Pataki, Rep. John McHugh and even Hillary Clinton's remarks have been aired.
Authors such as Barbara Olsen, who perished in the 9/11 attacks, talked with Dotty about her book "Hell to Pay." Charles A. Cerami's "Jefferson's Great Gamble," Burt Boyar's "Hitler," co-author Jack Cashill's "First Strike" and Ted Bell's "Hawke" have all had parts in Dotty's show.
New authors like Michael Morris and his "A Place Called Wiregrass" , Regina Louise's "Somebody's Someone" are just as enjoyable as well as known writers. Another book, "The Filthy 13", "was a hoot," says Dotty, talking with Jake McNeice whose oral recollections of the 101st Airborne Division's exploits during W.W.II were compiled by Richard Killbane into a real "attitude adjustment" of what war is really like. As a matter of fact, "The Dirty Dozen" movie was based on one of Jake's missions. Graham Kerr, the famous Chef, was delightful as well. What a guy! The audience is always the #1 indicator of how we pick interviews and so far, they like it!

WYBG's "Morning Man" has almost 30 years of broadcast experience in every aspect of bobbyradio production. Putting together each day's reports from the vast Northern New York area with his cadre of news stingers, Bob has created for WYBG a unique news presentation each day for both local and regional news. WYBG Radio has the best conclusive news reports anywhere.
Second to none, Mr. Kampf, "Bob K", has a unique talent in radio commercial production. Also, Bob is the voice of the North Country Report on WWTI-TV 50 in Watertown. He has also been national radio reporting on NASCAR events for The Motor Sports Report from New York City.
Bob K is also a walking encyclopedia on music and TV programs, and can win over any trivia challenge. Mr. K's marinated concoction is questionable though. . . like, you actually eat this, Bob?

Reporters in the News Department cover Municipal, Hospital and School Board meetings on a Regular basis

Brian Bailey, Retired Air Force Officer, Brian is too young for the rocking chair and wanted to try a new challenge. Brian covers afternoons on air.

John Hackett, Sales and on-air jock. John has had ties to radio for many years and has great insight to the needs and wants of the advertiser and has a natural ability to focus in on whomever he is dealing with.
